2 cups sugar |
1 cup ginger |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 cup flour |
3 teaspoons chopped coconuts |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. mix eggs,sugar,vanilla,butter,chopped nuts till creamy. 2. then add ginger and flour slowly. 3. should thicken. 4. set oven to 350 5. spoon full it on a tray. 6. press down a little. 7. should be in 10 mins. 8. or till golden brown. 9. let sit for 4 mins. 10. then eat. |
