It's simple, easy, and delicious Ingredients:
1 pizza crust (ener-g gluten-free) |
1/2 cup tomato sauce |
1/2 cup garlic hummus |
1 green pepper, sliced |
1 tomato, sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix the sauce and hummus together (to make it more nutritious, add 1/4 cup of Nutritious Food Enhancer, another one of my recipes). 2. Spread sauce over the pizza crust. 3. Top with sliced veggies of your choice. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. |
