Skinning garlic has become so easy now. All thanks to Sandra Betty who submitted this tip to the Thursday magazine dated February 16th-22nd'2006. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 drops oil |
6 garlic cloves, pods |
Directions:
1. In a pan, roast the garlic pods in oil till they turn light brown in colour. 2. Wrap the pods in a muslin cloth. 3. Rub it between your palms, then open the cloth and you will find the skin separated from the pods. |
