Baked chicken breasts coated with garlic/butter 'sauce' and bread crumbs. Ingredients:
680g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves |
55g butter |
6 cloves garlic, crushed |
215g seasoned dry bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. In a small saucepan melt butter/margarine with garlic. 3. Dip chicken pieces in butter/garlic sauce, letting extra drip off, then coat completely with bread crumbs. 4. Place coated chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. 5. Combine any leftover butter/garlic sauce with bread crumbs and spoon mixture over chicken pieces. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
