Ingredients:
1 cup chopped zucchini |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. 3. Layer zucchini tomatoes onion and cheese in pie plate. 4. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. 5. Pour into pie plate. 6. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in the centre comes out clean. 7. Cool 5 minutes. |
