I love this recipe! Having a box of cake mix in the cupboard is the hardest part of the recipe. Great for those last minute I need cookies for school or church days! Ingredients:
1 18 1/4 oz. betty crocker super moist devil's food cake mix |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 large eggs |
confectioner's sugar for rolling |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Stir dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl, by hand, until dough forms. 3. Dust hands with confectioner's sugar and form dough into 1 balls. 4. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar and place 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes o until center is just set. Chewy and gooey! |
