This is a recipe that I found in our local newspaper, kids love this fudge- Ingredients:
3 cups icing sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/4 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup hard butter or 1 cup margarine, cut into small chunks |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
pecan halves (optional) |
Directions:
1. Measure icing sugar and cocoa into ungreased two-quart casserole dish. Do not stir. Add evaporated milk and margarine. Do not stir. Cook, uncovered on high in microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes until butter is melted. Add vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Turn into foil-lined 8x8-inch pan. 2. Place in freezer 40 minutes, then refrigerate. Cut into 64 squares. Top each square with pecan half, if desired. |
