Frozen fruit without sugar can be used by processing in a blender. This came from Betty Crocker's Soups and Stews. I have not tried this recipe. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
16 ounces canned fruit, chilled |
white wine (optional) or sparkling water (optional) |
cinnamon, nutmeg or allspice |
Directions:
1. Blend or process cream cheese and canned fruit. Stir in additional liquid of white wine, if necessary, until of desired thickness. Add cinnamon to taste. 2. Enjoy! |
