From a magazine clipping. Good as a cake or ice cream toppier. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in bite-size pieces (approx. 1/2 a large pineapple) |
1 pint strawberry, hulled and sliced |
2 kiwi fruits, peeled, quartered, and cut in 1/4-in . thick wedges |
1/3 cup light-brown sugar |
3 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Let stand at room temperature for about 20 minute before serving. |
