Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
2 cups fruit, thawed & drained (fresh or frozen) |
1 1/4 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 8x8 baking dish. 2. Add fruit to dish. 3. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. 4. Pour over fruit. 5. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. 6. May be served warm or cold. |
