Simple fried rice made with frozen veggies. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables |
3 cups cooked white rice |
Directions:
1. Heat wok over medium heat, add oil swirl to coat pan. 2. Add veggies, cook stir often for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add rice, cook for 10 minutes, stir often until rice is light brown. 4. Add soy sauce, stir to coat rice. Serve warm. |
