This is the easiest fried rice to make. You can jazz it up by adding snow peas or use shrimp or chicken instead of the ham. Ingredients:
2 cups instant rice |
3 eggs |
150 g cooked ham |
1 tsp butter |
3 tbsp soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Start by preparing 2 cups of uncooked rice and slicing the ham into 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch pieces 2. Scramble the 3 eggs in the frying pan using the butter. When finished, add the ham. 3. When the ham is warm, add rice and soy sauce. 4. Mix well and enjoy. |
