A simple recipe I always cook for my husband for breakfast. He loves it! so easy and yet so yummy ! Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 slices french bread ( or any bread will do) |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
butter |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs and milk in a bowl.Mix well. 2. Add the cinnamon. Mix well. 3. Melt a little (about 1Tsp) butter in a nonstick pan. 4. Dip bread (each side) into the egg mixture. 5. Place the bread in the pan. 6. Turn slices over when bread slightly brown. 7. Remove the bread when both sides are already slightly brown. 8. When serving,sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
