Easy and family loves it, leftovers we throw in a casserole dish add cheese and have goulash casserole the next day. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb beef |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 (16 ounce) jar original spaghetti sauce |
1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 cup elbow macaroni |
Directions:
1. In olive oil, brown ground turkey or beef (I drain fat if I use beef). Add minced garlic. After browning, add everything but macaroni. Bring all to boil, add macaroni, boil for 5 minutes, simmer for 20. Great with fresh parmesian on top. |
