So good with soups Ingredients:
1 box of hot roll mix |
1 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 clove garlic minced |
1 envelope ranch dressing mix |
3 roma tomatoes thinly sliced |
several slivers of bell peppers any colors or mixed colors |
1 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. prepare hot roll mix according to package directions with the addition of the ranch dressing mix 3. divide dough into six pieces 4. let rest for 15 minutes 5. press each piece of sough into a 6 inch round 6. place each roung on a greased cookie sheet 7. prick the dough in several places 8. top each round with parmesan cheese, tomatoes, rosemary and pepper slivers 9. mix olive oil basil and garlic together bleding well 10. drizzle each round with the oil mixture 11. let rise for ten minutes 12. bake for 15 minutes until edges are golden brown |
