This is a fast, easy, cheap cheesecake! Delicious! Ingredients:
crust |
1/2 cup margarine |
2 cups graham wafer crumbs |
1/2 cup sugar |
filling |
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened |
2 tbls. sugar |
1 pkg. skor bits (heath) |
1 large cool whip |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine and add crumbs and sugar.
2. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add sugar, Cool Whip and milk and mix well.
5. Stir in 3/4 of a pkg. of Skor bits.
6. Pour on crust.
7. Sprinkle remaining bits on top and put in the fridge.
8. Yummy!!!
