Even some of my mexican friends are surprised at the authentic taste of this salsa. One of them swears that I have to be part 'mexicana'. Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies |
3 large pinch cilantro (coriander) |
3 green onions |
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapenos (optional) |
Directions:
1. Chop green onions and cilantro. Put in blender or food processor. 2. add the remaining ingredients and pulse several times or blend fo about 30 sec. |
