Easy Enchiladas

Simple and basic, easy for first time cooks
Ingredients:
19 ounces red enchilada sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked shredded beef (optional) or 1 1/2 cups chicken (optional)
8 -16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
6 flour tortillas or 6 corn tortillas
Directions:
1. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Add enough enchilada sauce to coat bottom.
3. Wet tortillas with a little water.
4. Add meat and/or cheese.
5. Microwave 20 secs. for flour tortillas, 30 secs. for corn tortillas.
6. Roll and place seam side down in 9 x 13 baking dish.
7. Add the rest of the enchilada sauce.
8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minute.
