The name says it all! Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 pint sour cream |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup sherry wine |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in casserole dish. 2. Mix together soup, sour cream, mushrooms and sherry. 3. Pour over chicken. 4. Sprinkle with paprika. 5. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 6. Serve with rice. 7. (Good with long grain wild rice!). |
