Easy recipe for Chinese Egg Rolls. Ingredients:
1 lb. hot ground pork sausage |
1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
1 (10-oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix |
1 (16-oz) package egg roll wrappers |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. 1. Broen meat, drain & put in skillet. Put in ginger & garlic; cook 1 minute. Add Coleslaw Mix and cook for 3 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes. 2. 2. Sppon 1/4 cup mix in center of each wrapper. Roll and seal with a touch of water. 3. 3. Fry in batches for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. |
