Lots of fiber and protein, but also very good! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 c. milk or yogurt |
1 c. oats |
1 small apple diced |
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and stir in milk or yogurt. 2. Add oats, apple, nutmeg and cinnamon. 3. Cook like a pancake or scramble in oiled skillet. 4. Enjoy as is or top with maple syrup,confection sugar or honey. |
