Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk or yogurt
1 c. oats
1 small apple diced
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and stir in milk or yogurt.
2. Add oats, apple, nutmeg and cinnamon.
3. Cook like a pancake or scramble in oiled skillet.
4. Enjoy as is or top with maple syrup,confection sugar or honey.
