2 sticks unsalted butter, melted |
1 cup sour cream |
2 cups self-rising flour |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and sour cream 2. Blend in flour, mixing thoroughly 3. Fill ungreased mini-muffin pans with heaping teaspoons batter 4. Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes 5. Cool slightly before removing from pans |
