Easy, Dynamite Cauliflower Curry

This has big flavor that even cauliflower haters will enjoy.
Ingredients:
1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
1. Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until tender, 2 to 6 minutes.
2. Transfer cauliflower to a bowl and add Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and curry powder; stir to combine.
