Recipe from my mom that I have tweaked a little bit. Made them a couple of times and now get requests for them regularly. Ingredients:
1 (7 1/2 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well blended. Cut each biscuit into fours and roll each one into a ball. Drop them in hot oil at about 350 degrees. Cook until all sides are a golden brown should only take a few minutes. Remove holes from oil and put them in the bowl with the sugar mix, rolling until covered. Best served warm! |
