A crock pot favorite! :) Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, , drained |
3 cups tomato juice |
6 ounces spaghetti, broken into 4 to 5 inch pieces |
Directions:
1. Brown ground chuck in skillet, drain and put in crockpot. 2. Add all remaining ingredients except dry spaghetti; stir well. 3. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (high 3-5 hours). 4. Turn to high last hour and stir in dry spaghetti. 5. Makes 4 servings. |
