this sounds like a very simple but good recipe. also, it is made in a slow cooker, so, fix and forget it. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice |
1/2 teaspoon mace |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti, broken in half |
Directions:
1. in a slow cooker, combine beef, tomato juice, tomato sauce, mushrooms and seasoning. 2. mix well. 3. cover and cool on high for 4 hours. 4. stir in spaghetti. 5. cover and cook 1 hour longer or until the spaghetti is tender. |
