This is so quick and easy and goes down a real treat. Great with steak. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 pound fresh asparagus |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and ground black pepper to taste |
1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the asparagus in the hot oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Pour in the lemon juice, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the asparagus into a serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve. |
