1 head cauliflower |
water |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup mayonaisse |
1 tsp curry powder |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
4 tbs butter |
Directions:
1. Break califlower into florets, cook in water to cover and the salt until barely tender 2. Drain very well. 3. Place in casserole dish 4. Mix soup, cheese, mayo and curry in a bowl 5. Spoon over califlower 6. Sprinkle crumbs over dot with butter 7. Bake 350F for 30 minutes or hot and bubbly |
