A straight forward recipe for cupcakes. Makes 20 SMALL cupcakes. Ingredients:
125 g (softened) butter |
125 g caster sugar |
125 g self raising flour |
2 eggs (lightly beaten) |
2 tbsp whole milk |
1 tbsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C (170°C for fan ovens) 2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Add eggs, a little at a time and whisk. Add vanilla extract and mix. 4. Sift half of the flour, fold it into mixture. 5. Add the milk. 6. Add the remaining flour, folding it again. 7. Bake for 12min, until golden in colour. |
