Very simple dill pickles. Ingredients:
8 pickling cucumbers (medium) |
2 tablespoons pickling salt |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 sprig dill |
1 garlic clove |
boiling water |
Directions:
1. Put 1/2 sprig of dill at bottom of jar. 2. Fill sealers with cucumbers. 3. Put half sprig of dill in top of jar. 4. Fill sealer with boiling water and seal. |
