This is our favorite taco meat. I have to double it now, because by the time I get home from work, it's already been eaten. Sometimes I use venison instead of beef. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (3 3/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning |
2/3 cup water |
1 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain ground beef in frying pan. 2. Add 2/3 cup of water and taco seasoning. 3. Mix and simmer for a few minutes. 4. Place meat mix in Crock Pot. 5. Add 1 cup of Salsa and mix thouroughly. 6. Cook on low at least 4 hours. Can be left on low all day. |
