Easy Crock Pot Meatball Subs |

This is a very easy recipe. You can use your own meatballs that you have frozen or you can buy already prepared frozen meatballs. Ingredients:
40 frozen fully cooked meatballs |
1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce |
1 onion, chopped |
6 slices muenster cheese or 6 slices provolone cheese |
6 hoagie rolls, toasted |
Directions:
1. Mix together frozen meatballs, sauce and onion in a crock pot. 2. Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours or until meatballs are heated through and onion is tender. 3. Place meatballs on rolls and top with cheese. Place under broiler for a minute or two to let cheese melt. |
