delicious and healthy chili easily made in the crock pot! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey, 98% lean |
1 onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 1/2 tsp. salt |
3 tbsp. chili powder |
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce |
29 oz tomato sauce |
31 oz kidney beans, drained |
15 oz black beans, drained |
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, stewed |
6 oz tomato paste |
Directions:
1. brown ground turkey, adding chopped onion and pepper towards end of browning, drain. 2. combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 3 hours or low 7-8 hours. |
