Crock Pot Ingredients:
3 lg. red potatoes cut into 1 pieces |
small bag of baby carrots |
1 lg. onion chopped |
1 can peas (optional) (add during last hour of cooking) |
2 lbs. stew beef (cut into bite size chunks) |
1/2 c. kikoman lite soy sauce |
11/2 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. paprika |
1/2 tsp. black pepper |
3/4 c. flour |
1 cup condensed beef broth |
8 oz. tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Layer potatoes on bottom of crock pot, then add carrots, onions and beef. In separate bowl, combine soy sauce, salt, paprika, black pepper and flour. Mix well. Whisk in beef broth and tomato sauce. Pour mixture into crock pot. Cook on medium setting of crock pot for approximately 6 - 8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender. |
