This is sooo good and sooo easy. Put it in the crockpot before work and when you come home dinner is almost ready. The vinegar may be off-putting at first but it makes the meat so tender it just falls apart. And you won't be able to taste it! Ingredients:
4 lbs beef roast |
1 cup apple cider vinegar |
1 (10 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce |
coleslaw (optional) |
Directions:
1. Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the crockpot. 2. Add beef. 3. Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours). 4. Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef. 5. Add bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes. 6. Serve on buns with cole slaw. |
