Easy Crispy Chicken Strips

A quick and easy way to make healthy chicken strips. A family favourite!
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
4 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons chili powder
salt & pepper (to taste)
1 egg
splash water
Directions:
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2. Combine flour, chili powder, salt and pepper in a large ziplock bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.
3. Beat egg and water together. Coat chicken strips in egg-wash.
4. Dredge chicken through cornflakes. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
5. Bake at 425F for 30 - 40 minutes.
