An easy recipe for Crepe. I love to fill them with Tuna and Mayonnaise with shredded veggies. As for my kids, they love my homemade choco banana filling with cereals and whip cream. Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 eggs (beaten) |
1 cup pancake mix (any brand) |
1 cup fresh milk |
4 tbsp melted butter |
Directions:
1. Beat two eggs in a bowl. 2. Add the pancake mix.Stir. 3. Add the fresh milk and melted butter. 4. Stir until the ingredients are well blended. 5. Preheat a non stick skillet at medium low heat for about 1 minute. 6. Pour in about 1/4 cup of the mixture, as you pour, tilt the skillet around to spread the mixture evenly. 7. When the edges begins to turn slightly brown flip the crepe using a spatula to cook the other side. 8. Fill each crepe with your favorite fillings. Or you may just fold them in half and pour melted cheese on top of them. |
