Easy Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Another family favorite. This is a pretty quick take on scalloped potatoes. My other recipe calls for over an hour of baking & way more prep time. I found this recipe in What Can I Bring Cookbook .
Ingredients:
1 32 oz package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3-4 cloves garlic minced
salt & pepper
2 cups heavy cream
paprika
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400
2. Spread half the potatoes in a 13X9 baking dish. Break hashbrowns apart if they are still frozen together.
3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese & garlic evenly over the top.
4. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
5. spread the remaining hash browns in an even layer on top the Parmesan cheese.
6. Pour cream over the potatoes.
7. Cover with foil.
8. Bake potatoes until the cream bubbles & has thickened (about 35-40 minutes)
9. Let rest 5 minutes after baking and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
