Ingredients:
3 small potatoes, peeled and diced |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
6 cups milk |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 15-20 minutes, drain. 2. Saute onion and butter in large dutch oven until tender. 3. Stir in next five ingredients. 4. Cook over low heat. 5. Stir in mashed potatoes. 6. Enjoy! |
