Simple to make and deliciously refreshing on hot summer days. Cooking time is cooling time. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese or 1 (8 ounce) package mascarpone cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping |
1 cup fresh key lime juice |
1 graham cracker pie crust |
key lime zest (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping. 2. Stir in the lime juice until well blended. 3. Immediately pour filling into pie shell. 4. Chill for at least 2 hours. 5. Garnish with key lime zest. |
