Easy Creamy Blue Cheese Salad Dressing |

I can't remember where I found this recipe, but I wanted to share it. This is great on salads, but also makes a great veggie dip! It is super easy! Ingredients:
4 ounces blue cheese, coarsely crumbled |
3 tablespoons milk (or buttermilk) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until they are well-blended, but still slightly chunky. 2. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate it until serving time. |
