I got this recipe from Nancy's Kitchen newsletter Ingredients:
1-8 oz. graham cracker pie crust |
1 small box any flavor instant pudding - sugar free for diabetics |
1-8 oz. tub cool whip -sugar free for diabetics |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, mix pudding with milk. 2. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. 3. Stir up till soft and add cool whip. 4. Make sure you mix this till all the pudding is off the bottom and completely mixed in the cool whip. 5. Pour into pie shell. 6. Put in the refrigerator for about an hour. |
