I got this recipe from a family Christmas party, but I make it year round. It goes great with chips, sandwiches, vegetables; pretty much anything! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, softened |
24 ounces salsa |
Directions:
1. Pour about half of the salsa into a blender and then add the softened cream cheese and then add the rest of the salsa on top of that. 2. Blend until all cream cheese and salsa is mixed together and appears very creamy. 3. *refrigerate the dip for a couple of hours before serving! |
