I love to serve this with cut up oranges and salad or cole slaw! Ingredients:
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper |
1/4 cup onion finely chopped |
1/4 cup mayo |
1 t. lemon juice |
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
dash of cayenne |
2 (6 oz.) cans crab drained |
1 egg |
1 cup bread crumbs |
3 t butter for cooking |
Directions:
1. Throw all of the ingredients together except for butter and mix together with your hands. 2. Form into 4-6 patties. 3. Brown on each side in butter in skillet. (The butter is important so make sure to not do on a Goerge Forman. Stove-top only. I have tried with one and while good not as wonderful as stove-top.) |
