This is a super easy bisque to put together. Very flavorful thanks to a bit of Sherry! Ingredients:
1 cup lump crabmeat, picked through |
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted |
2 soup cans of milk |
1 cup light cream |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1/3 cup dry sherry |
frank's hot sauce to taste |
Directions:
1. Place crabmeat, soups, 1 cup milk and tomato paste into a blender and whip until blended. (less than 60 seconds) 2. Pour into saucepan and add remaining milk, Worcestershire sauce, sherry and a dash of hot sauce. 3. Heat just until hot, not boiling. |
