Adopted this recipe from my sister-in-law. Great taste, and super easy. Even better the next day! Ingredients:
2 (7 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained |
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans of mild rotel tomatoes & chilies |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can regular rotel tomatoes & chilies |
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
8 green onions, chopped |
2 lemons, juice of |
2 limes, juice of |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Serve with tortilla chips. 3. NOTE: Even better the day after. |
