YUMMY Ingredients:
easy blackberry pie |
1 1/4 c. sugar |
1/4 c. all purpose flour |
2 tbsp. corn starch |
1/8 tsp. salt |
4 c. blackberries |
pastry for 2 crust pie |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, flour, corn starch and salt; toss with blackberries. Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry. 2. Add blackberry mixture. Adjust top crust; cut slits to allow steam to escape. 3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes |
