Delicious and different recipe for corn as a side dish. Ingredients:
2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix |
1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1/2-1 cup butter, melted |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Pour into 9x13 casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. 3. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. |
