A popular and easy recipe I bring to get-togethers. Everyone loves it and always asks for the recipe. Best to make ahead the night before or morning before so the flavors can marry. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 (11 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained |
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1 bunch green onion, finely chopped |
1/8 cup mayonnaise |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except Tortilla chips. Only use enough mayo to keep the ingredients together, not creamy. 2. Serve with Tortilla chips. |
