My Auntie Alice made this recipe up for a family pot-luck. It was a big hit and we were all amazed how such a simple recipe could be so yummy! Ingredients:
2 cups frozen corn (thawed) |
1/3-1/2 cup miracle whip (you need that tangy zip!) |
1/2 small red onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour to blend flavours. Serve. |
